Hi! I'm Natalie, the teacher behind Casual English Coach. I've been teaching English for more than 15 years, and it truly is my passion. I'm CELTA certified (Pass A), hold a Master's degree in English Language Teaching, and scored IELTS Band 8.

Who are your students?

What levels do you teach?

All levels from A1 to C2. Whether you're beginning or polishing near-native fluency, lessons are tailored precisely to where you are.
What platform do you use?

Lessons are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet, whichever you prefer. Both allow seamless material sharing and screen collaboration.
Is there homework?

Entirely your choice. Practice materials are available to those who wish to accelerate, but lessons are structured to be wholly self-sufficient.
Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Please give at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible. Last-minute cancellations may affect package arrangements.
What are the payment options?

Bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, and Wise are accepted. Invoices issued for every payment. Currencies: USD, EUR, UAH.

Public Offer

Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. Sole Proprietor Bidna Nataliia Volodymyrivna, registered in Ukraine, Tax ID 3267602809, hereinafter referred to as the "Tutor", hereby offers to enter into an agreement for the provision of English language tutoring services.

1.2. Acceptance of this Offer shall be deemed to occur upon: payment for the services, or written confirmation of booking lessons.

1.3. The Agreement shall be considered concluded upon receipt of payment.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Tutor provides individual online English lessons for adults.

2.2. Lessons are conducted remotely (Zoom / Google Meet or another agreed platform).

2.3. Duration of one lesson: 60 minutes.

2.4. The number of lessons per month is agreed individually.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

3.1. Payment is made in advance for a monthly lesson package.

3.2. The price of services is determined according to the current rates provided on the website or communicated to the Client.

3.3. Payment is made based on an invoice issued by the Tutor.

3.4. Services are considered paid upon receipt of funds.

3.5. Once the first lesson of the paid monthly package has commenced, the payment becomes final and non-refundable, except as explicitly provided in this Agreement.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation

4.1. The Student may reschedule a lesson provided at least 12 hours' notice is given.

4.2. If less than 12 hours' notice is provided, the lesson shall be considered delivered.

4.3. Lessons missed without notice are non-compensable.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Refunds are available only before the start of the paid monthly period.

5.2. Once the monthly package has started, payments are non-refundable.

5.3. The services are intangible and are deemed provided at the time the online lesson is conducted.

6. Liability

6.1. The Tutor undertakes to provide services with due care and professionalism.

6.2. Learning outcomes depend on lesson regularity and student engagement.

6.3. No specific results are guaranteed.

7. Governing Law

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
